At Victoria Jewellers we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may be able to return your items for refund or in-store credit. Please read through the following information carefully before attempting to return or exchange your product. If you do not comply with store policies, we may not be able to process your return or exchange.
You have 14 days to return your purchase. Merchandise cannot have been worn, altered or special ordered. All original receipts as well as any additional documentation must be returned in new condition with merchandise. This includes receipts, appraisals, certificates, and 3 piece boxes.
Any returns from online purchases must have a valid Return Authorization. Please reach out to us at sales@victoriajewellers.com for complete instructions. Any return sent without an RA will be refused. Shipping costs will not be refunded. You are responsible for your own return shipping cost.
A refund will be submitted in the method originally used for purchase (less any shipping cost). Recipients may elect to receive in-store credit instead of a cash reimbursement upon request. Gift recipients will receive a nonrefundable in-store credit in an amount equal to the cost of the item. Additional time may be required to authenticate item being returned. After inspection, please allow 7-10 business days for a return to be posted.
All of our items are carefully hand-inspected by our team to ensure they are free of defects; however, in the unlikely event that we have missed something, you will be able to exchange your defective product within 14 days. Since many of our pieces are one-of-a-kind and may be difficult to replace with an exact match, you may elect to receive in-store credit in an equal amount to your original purchase to spend at our store. Custom jewellery and personalized items are not included in our exchange policy. Gemstones, including diamonds, are not covered by this policy and are sold as-is. Any damages not due to manufacturing defects are not eligible for return or exchange.
We make an effort to process orders within 24-48 hours; therefore, we do not accept any modifications to an order once it has been placed.
Due to the special nature of custom and special order items, these products are not eligible for returns or refunds. Any product that has been built or altered at your request (including ring re-sizing, center stone adjustment, setting adjustment/remount) falls under this category and as such is not eligible for cancellation/return/credit.
All fine jewellery is covered under our quality guarantee and warranty. We guarantee all of our custom work and designer jewellery to be free from defects in workmanship. It is recommended you have your jewelry inspected by our trained staff every 6 months to 1 year.
This guarantee does not cover damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, misapplication, normal or excessive wear and tear, loss, theft, or unexplained disappearance. A gemstones natural inclusions, visible or otherwise are unique to each individual item and are not considered a defect. For brand-name and designer jewelry, please refer to the brand's warranty and guarantee. Regular maintenance will be required to keep your jewellery in good repair. Estimates will be given for approval prior to any maintenance work being recommended.
Maintenance, repair, sizing or other service work performed by someone other than Victoria Jewellers will void the manufacturers warranty.
Different brands have warranties specific to their pieces; please reach out to us if you have any questions. We reserve the right to perform the service work by our service center or send he product back to the manufacturer for warranty claim.
All prices on this web site are subject to change without notice. Whilst we make every effort to provide you the most accurate, up-to-date information, occasionally, one or more items on our web site may be mis-priced. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, or technical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Victoria Jewellers shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
